We named our business " Inn Reflection of You" knowing, as previous Innkeepers, how difficult it is to find someone that reflects your dedication, tender loving care, and the special touch which makes your Bed & Breakfast a memorable experience. We will take care of your Inn with great pride, enthusiasm, and attention to detail as if it were our own. We enjoy getting to know the guests and helping them plan their day according to their interests. In their reviews and guest book, we have had many guests write that they arrived a stranger and left a friend.

Our previous professional experience laid the groundwork for our ability to handle unexpected situations that may arise with a resolve that is pleasing to everyone. For example, I owned a business dealing with conflict resolution and mediation. Grant was a factory representative for an International Company. Our problem-solving skills were invaluable in the operation of our Inn, and we will apply those skills in our Innsitting.

• Manage reservations system, proficient in ThinkReservations / eviivo / ResNexus / Clock PMS

• Manage email & phone systems 

• Guest check-in/guest check-out

• Guest orientation of the Inn and area destinations

• Concierge services, e.g., dining options, top attractions, off-the-beaten-path ideas

• Breakfast preparation, service, and clean up

• If applicable, preparation and service of afternoon refreshments

• Work with and oversee housekeeping staff

• Light housekeeping of common areas

• if applicable, freshening and turn-down service of guest rooms

• Grocery shopping as needed
